Waterfalls of Yellowstone: Firehole Canyon Falls

Firehole Canyon Falls, while still beautiful, is one of the smaller roadside falls within Yellowstone National Park. It is easy to access and an excellent roadside stop.

Located about a half-mile south of Madison Junction is Firehole Canyon Falls. It is part of the Firehole Canyon Drive, which is a beautiful scenic drive that includes waterfalls, impressive geysers, and high cliff walls.

The best time to visit Firehole Canyon Falls is early spring during the snowmelt. However, even when we visited in August this waterfall was very pretty.
