Stir Fry Dinner

What You’ll Need

  • Rice Noodles
  • Rib eye strips or your choice of meat
  • Baby corn
  • Sugar peas
  • Potato, sliced thinly
  • Bell pepper, red or green
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil
  • Tin Foil

What To Do

Rice noodles are very easy to make while camping. You need to boil water, remove the boiling water from your heat source and drop in the noodles for the amount of time suggested on the package.

With all of the other ingredients, put a little olive oil in tin foil, place the ingredients inside the tin foil and add seasoning to taste. Wrap up the foil and place it in the coals of the fire. Wait about 45 minutes, depending on how thickly your potato slices are.

Once cooked, let cool. Drop them in a bowl or cup, mix in the noodles and you have a very simple, easy campfire stir fry. It’s one of my favourite meals.
