Baked Apples

Serves 2

What You’ll Need

  • 2 Apples
  • 6-8 soft caramels
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • Aluminum Foil

What To Do

  1. Cut the top 2/4 of the core each apple. Place 3 or 4 caramels into each hollowed-out apple and top with 1 tablespoon butter, each.
  2. Wrap each apple in aluminum foil and place right side up on the coals.
  3. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, until the apples are soft and the caramel is melted.
