A Quick Stop at Reany Falls

Simple, elegant, and wild. Reany Falls is one of the many waterfalls found within Marquette County. Although small, this scenic waterfall is easy to access and makes a nice picnic spot.

Reany Falls is comprised of several small rapids with the main drop splitting into three streams as it tumbles over bedrock.

Unlike the neighboring Dead River Falls, Reany is much easier to access. It is visible from the road but is best viewed from a small trail that meanders along side the creek.

Getting There

From US-41 on the west side of Marquette, turn onto Wright Street. Follow Wright Street for about .6 miles. Turn left onto Forestville Road and continue for an additional 2 miles.

After crossing the bridge over Reany Creek, turn right into the power station parking area. This parking area is for both Dead River Falls and Reany Falls.

To get to Reany, walk back to the road and to the bridge. There is a path by the bridge. Follow it upstream to get a better view of Reany Falls.
